Question:

My computer crashed and I need to download PERRLA again.


Answer:

You may go back to the website, www.perrla.com, and download again whenever you need, without paying again. Here are the steps:

  • Go to www.perrla.com, look in the upper right corner, and click on Login.
  • On the next page enter your email address and password and then click on Login.
  • On the next page, under My Downloads, click on Download Now.
  • After you agree to the license agreement, select “Open this file from its current location.” This way it will automatically download and start the installation.
