I wouldn't.

Your APA manual has a wealth of information that is impossible to be included in APA PERRLA. What in the world would you do if you needed to include an unpublished court transcript from Central Europe where the attorney was left-handed? APA PERRLA does not have such a category, but I'm sure that it's in the APA Manual. So keep it. It might come in handy.
