A Frequently Asked Question

Question:

Where do I find the PERRLA functions in Word 2007?

Answer:

With a PERRLA paper open in Microsoft Word 2007, look at the top of your Word document. There are many options available on the "Menu Ribbon": Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Mailings, Review, View, and Add-Ins.

PERRLA software is an Add-In for Microsoft Word so you'll find our options within the Add-Ins menu tab.

The PERRLA for APA menu options are: Create Citations, Edit References, Change Format, Edit Title Page, Start a New paper, Open Existing Paper, Utilities, PERRLA Help, and About PERRLA.

To create a reference, click on Edit References. Step-by-step instructions will guide you through creating the reference. A reference page will automatically be created for you at the end of your document.
