Question:

In the APA 6th edition, APA format now calls for TWO spaces between sentences* How can I set up my Word program to do that? *This is a change from the 5th edition.


Answer:

Word Versions Previous to 2007: < Tools < Options < Spelling & Grammar < Settings. Choose Require and place 2 in Spaces required between sentences.

Word 2007 Version - < Microsoft Office Button < Word Options < Proofing < Click Settings (correcting grammar) - Select 2 (spaces) option
