Question:

I cannot Activate the software. What to do?


Answer:

If you get an error when you try to use Automatic Activation, you will need to choose to manually activate the PERRLA software.

After you choose Manual Activation, from the installed PERRLA product, you will receive an Activation Send Key.

Enter that Send Key at the PERRLA web site under Manual Activation, click the button, and you will then receive an email (generated at certain times throughout the day by our computers) with the Activation Unlock Key and Customer ID Number.

Once you have all of these numbers (you will not need the Send Key again, just the two numbers given in the email) you will be allowed to manually activate the PERRLA product.

Please Note: If you are not connected to the internet, or you have problems with automatic activation, click the Manual Activation button.
