So, before you give up on our software, contact our Customer Support team so we can help resolve whatever issue you’re having. We’ll do whatever it takes to help you get up-and-running. We’ve been in business since 1998 so we’ve got a lot of experience helping our customers achieve success.

If you still want a refund after working with our Customer Support team, they will cheerfully issue a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
For customers who are on a monthly plan, your refund is limited to the most recent 30 day period. We make it easy for you to stop automatic renewal or even cancel your subscription. (Simply go to our website and log into your account to manage your subscription.)
For customers who are on a yearly plan, we’ll refund your most recent purchase – but only within the first 30 days.
