Cancellation Policy for PERRLA, LLC

You can cancel PERRLA whenever you want, from inside your account, without emailing or calling anyone. Here is exactly what happens when you do.

Go to Settings > Subscription & billing and choose to cancel your subscription. It takes a moment and you can do it yourself.

If you would rather we handle it, email support@perrla.com and we will take care of it for you.

Cancelling stops your renewal. It does not cut off your access.

‍Your subscription stays active until it expires, and you keep full use of PERRLA until then. You are not cut off the day you cancel, and you do not need to wait until the last minute to avoid a charge.

Your papers and references stay in your account after your subscription ends. If you change your mind, you can restore your subscription any time before it expires and nothing will have moved.

If you chose automatic renewal, we charge your payment method again on your renewal date so your access does not lapse mid-semester. We email you before every renewal charge, so it never arrives as a surprise.

You can switch automatic renewal off at any time in Settings > Subscription & billing. Once you do, we will not charge you again, and your subscription simply runs to its expiration date.

Monthly subscriptions always renew automatically. To stop a monthly subscription, cancel it.

Within 30 days of any purchase or renewal, we will refund the full price you paid. Whether PERRLA did not do what you needed or you simply decided it was not for you, the answer is the same.

This applies to every renewal, not only your first purchase. To request a refund, just contact our Support Team at support@perrla.com.

Free trials do not require a credit card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to be charged for. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends.

If you use PERRLA through a school or organization’s license, your access is managed by that organization rather than by a subscription you control. You are welcome to purchase an individual subscription at any time to keep working without interruption.
